Re: Cel-shading?

there are plenty of cell-shading tutorials out there but this one seems most helpful for gimp users, looks like. (there aren't that many for gimp apparently!) but i found this:

Re: SAI Help?

1.) You don't have the full version, that's why. In order to make it transparent you need to save it as a .PSD first - open it up on Photoshop, it will be transparent then. Then you can save it as a .PNG there. But unless you don't have Photoshop, you can't do this. :[ 2.) Check the brush's mode, or...

Re: help with Adobe CS5

I think most Photoshops are like each other in a way? That's so weird that it wont let you group D:
Has CTRL + G worked when you tried? Because on my Photoshop it doesn't give you the option to group either, but when you hit ctrl and g at the same time on that layer it automatically groups it.

connect to server failed:
Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)

Re: Outlining?

Since you're a beginner with tablets if you just got one, usually lineart is done zoomed in. So it's nice and precise, smooth too, zooming in would be your best shot here, I guess. This way if you make it sketchy, it would be hard to see.
Maybe 400-500%?

I'unno, this is just my suggestion haha x)

Hey guys...I AM NOT A LIAR, a lot of people wanted this. So I give you one. Though I'm sorry to disappoint, this is in no way perfect. I only made this with my own outside knowledge and nothing more. READING THIS is better than ONLY LOOKING AT THE PICTURES. Please take my advice on that, I know it's...

Re: Help on how to Animate

For actual animation, you would need a program such as Adobe Flash or an extended Photoshop with the animation setting. Since you are limited in this sense, animating with these programs is a little more difficult. You would need to draw it picture-by-picture, which isn't that bad -- and fuze all th...
