i'm sure there are some cel-shading tutorials out there if you google for them. or here's a search of "cel-shading" on deviantart in their tutorials section , i'm sure there is some good stuff. and just because it's one of my few pet peeves--- it's cel shading, not "cell shading"...

I think Cel shading is very simple compared to many shading methods used here. But that's just me~

The tablet drawing space should automatically conform to your screens dimensions. As for Adobe Photoshop 7 tutorials, I havent seen any around. But to do lineart, I can give you a quick guide, if it helps any. All you have to do is open your sketch, and add a new layer, and outline over it. :P It's ...

Adobe Photoshop CS4, but you can probably replicate the brush settings on GIMP or equivalent.

i think you have the snarling backwards.... wider snarl is for defensive, shorter snarl is for offensive. correct me if i'm wrong? great tutorial!
