@izzyy and yokai; Are you all using windows 10 and Chrome? Have you tried another browser? What browser and were you able to get in?

This isn't the first time ive heard about this. I'll forward to UD when I get to my conputer

I'm using Windows 8 and Chrome! My flash is updated too. I tried with Firefox but nothing happened. I use Chrome and there are times where I'm able to get in (when I do I have to wait f o r e v er for it to load before I get in) but most of the time I'm stuck with black screen ;; That's why when I'm able to get in I stay in one room the whole time only LOL *cries*

But thank you! That'd help a lot!

I keep getting this issue in firefox too. Usually if I keep refreshing for 5 or so minutes it might work eventually. I have no clue how to fix this on firefox, and I already can't get on in Chrome because of the "bad login" issue that won't fix on there =[

Izzy and I found a temporary fix
What we did was switch to the new client and after that the number of times we experienced difficulties entering reduced. Maybe you could try it out?

I actually managed to fix my issue on Firefox by doing this:

Menu > Add-ons > Shockwave Flash > click More > and UNCHECK Enable Adobe Flash Protected Mode

Has been working fine since then for me. But before that it was on all chats.

Sorry for the problems connecting and I'll try to get this figured out. I need to know the scope of the problem so...

I'd like for everyone that is *currently* experiencing the problem to reply here telling me:

which browser you're using (Chrome? Firefox? Both? Something else?)
what Operating System you're using (Windows 8, Windows 10, etc) and...
the last time it happened (be as specific as possible).

That last one makes it a lot easier for me to check various logs for warnings and errors.

I have tried Firefox but it doesn't work there either.

Last time it happened:
I don't recall but I know I first experienced this Sun Jul 16, 2017, anytime before and after 2:32AM (according to the forums)

I am experiencing this on other Chatland Sites as well.
Three days prior to the 27th of July though, I wasn't experiencing much difficulties.
I've only experienced it again today.

Same with the above.
Last time it happened: Today, July 28 at 2:45PM UTC+08:00, on both old and new version of chat client. It was working on new version yesterday, but I'm experiencing this again today even with the new one.

EDIT: It worked again after a few minutes of trying.

see if this works for chrome

-go to chrome://flags
-Run all Flash content when Flash setting is set to "allow"
-change that to "enabled"
-restart the browser

the last time it happened (be as specific as possible): 10:15 this morning; and every time i refresh or enter a new room

wolfhome tries to block adobe flash and i have to manually run it every time
