Here is a masterlist of the things, the Wolfhome administration and the community teams are currently working on. We will also be including projects that we are currently discussing, considering and even have suggestions put here as well. Topics will be hyperlinked so you, the members of Wolfhome, can provide to us your input. Topics that are not color coded are subjects that we have yet to start. Topics will be sorted with a color coded index to provide you with little insight on the progress of it, we will also be providing a way to see who claimed a certain project. Updates will be given by the admin who claimed a topic, and those projects that were completed or not implemented will be updated here and a post will be made on this thread to let you all know of the change that was made.

The Wolfhome Administration has started updating the chat rules so this has been moved to “Working On”. We will hopefully move onto the Forum Rules after, as we need these updated before we can get Wolfhome back up and running. Thank you so much for your continued patience and understanding.

The Wolfhome Administration is nearing completion of the Wolfhome Chat Rules. We have also started working on the Wolfhome FAQ as well as the Wolfhome Forum Rules to reflect the changes that have been made. Changes are also being made to the Ban Ladder and Refresh Rates with this update.

The Wolfhome Administration is nearing completion of the Wolfhome FAQ, Terms of Use, and we’ve settled on the Wolfhome Chat Rules with doing only minor changes as we progress. DNI List has been added to the Chat Rules, so will be removing it from the list above.

As a friendly reminder, changes have been made to the Ban Ladder and Refresh Rates. With these updates we can finally start to discuss opening the chat back up and how we’re going to go about it. We are currently aiming for March to go into Beta Testing! This will give us time to tackle what’s needed to open.

The Wolfhome Forum Rules still have to be fully updated (though has been started) and Ban Ladder changed to reflect the changes that have been made before we can discuss opening up the forum. Admin Rank Duties & Responsibilities is nearing completion as well. This will also be posted within our Administrator Knowledge section due to the detailed information on what each rank can do and requirements.

We have also been actively discussing cleaning up the Myst and hope to have this done before we fully reopen. Thank you once again for your continued patience during these times!

Hello Wolfhomies,

Admin Rank Duties & Responsibilities has now been completed. This has been posted within our Administrator Knowledge section due to the detailed information on what each rank can do and requirements.

Just a heads up that I will be pruning forum accounts with 0 post and those that have never logged into the forum starting this week. Depending on how many accounts there are will depend on the time frame on how long this will take. It will cause a significant amount of lag, and may result in the forum being down at times.

So I apologize in advance for the inconvenience, but this is something that needs to be done before the forum opens back up.

As a reminder this will ONLY impact accounts that have not yet been logged into the forum or have 0 post. All accounts with posts will not be impacted by this sweep.

Hello everyone,

After a lengthy discussion concerning “How Many Admins per Room”, we will not be implementing any changes at this time. The Wolfhome Administration has decided not to change this due to the Community Poll that was made 9/15/2021 and 70% voted “As many admins as they want to! As long as they’re active!”. A lot of people expressed their thoughts about wanting to see more of the Administration around and active within the community and we also agree that its important for the community to see us active and also having fun with everyone.

We would like to thank everyone for their input and concerns and will continue to improve on a variety of things. We will continue to keep the community informed here as things develop.

Hello everyone,

The Wolfhome Administration has decided, after a very lengthy and detailed discussion, that we will not be implementing any changes to our Fraternization & Nepotism Policy at this time. Though we will be changing how it is currently written. We’ve had a few rare occasions when having two Administrators in a relationship on the Team has gone okay, but it has also been catastrophic as well.

The original policy:

**Please note that we are no longer accepting Applications from people who are in a relationship with one another. If you and your significant other(s) send in an Application this round, the Applications will be disqualified. This is because the Administration now has a fraternization and nepotism policy.**

We have the following policy now in effect:

Hello everyone!

I have created a Chat & Forum Technical Support thread for BOTH Chat and Forum bugs, errors, issues and more in preparation on reopening things.

We also have some exciting news as well!
The Wolfhome Administration is creating a new group for Wolfhome =) This group would be tasked of representing the Wolfhome community, to bring forth matters concerning community request, wants, and improving Wolfhome’s commitment to diversity, and more. Further details will be coming soon as we work on implementing this so stay tuned!

I have also not gotten into pruning Forum Accounts yet due to forum lag and other projects taking priority. But I will be sure to let everyone know when I begin doing this.

Hey Wolfhomies!

After a discussion the Wolfhome Administration will not be regulating anyone when it comes to drinking/smoking poses. Though if the user is underage and saying that they are drinking or smoking this is where we would intervene as this would fall under illegal activity and we cannot condone the discussion of underage drinking or smoking. We will also not be regulating art work that someone links to others, unless it breaks the Wolfhome Rules or Wolfhome Forum Rules.
