Ok, sorry if its in the wrong spot :c
But i was wondering how i could/would color a animated pixal pose, and it still "moves"
Anytime i color one, and test to see if it it animaited, it never is. Please help me OwO

A few questions:

1. What program do you use?
2. Do you color it frame by frame? Or do you color it, then attempt to animate it?
3. Is it a .gif by the time your done with it?
