Personal Information
-You should NEVER give out personal information over the internet
-You will never be required to share this information with anyone, and if someone is pressuring you to do so, report it!

If you are new to using PayPal or familiar with it, you are aware the website saves sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. Due to this information on your account do not allow anyone to log into your account, including friends.

Examples include: your full name, birthday, address, school address, IP address, personal emails/other social media usernames, account passwords, phone numbers, photos, or school name

Online Friends and Being Social Online
-Having online friendships can be fulfilling, but it can also be a difficult road to navigate at times!
-Never send people insulting messages, and if you receive those messages, report it. If you wouldn't say it to someone in person, it doesn't need to be said online either. Remember the Golden Rule!
-Never meet in person with any online friends by yourself. If you are under 18 years of age, discuss with your parents where and when would be a good time to meet someone.

Remember, not everything can always be as it seems; many people pretend to be someone they're not.

Viruses and Downloads
-Computer viruses can easily destroy an unprotected laptop or smartphone; be wary of sketchy looking websites or links
-Never download anything unless you know for fact it is what it appears to be!

Untrusted links and downloads may contain viruses or nasty messages!

Reporting
-If you are having any sort of issue or if something seems suspicious, contact an Administrator immediately. We are here to help you and protect you!
-If something seems off, trust your gut! We always prefer situations being reported (then it turn out to be nothing) than to have something go unreported (then it turn out to be something).

An Administrator is a Wolfhome user that helps others with the chat and forum. Their usernames appear as a different color in the chat rooms, and are also plainly viewable on the Report List and The Mysts. Any retired Administrators/non-ranking individuals are not allowed to ask you for any personal information.

When in doubt, report!
