No worries, this thread is here to help! There are a few things you can do to resolve the issue!
Empty your history/cache on your internet browser. This will ultimately depend on what browser you are using here is a link to walk you through the most common browsers and how to clear history!

If that doesn't work try step two!
Let's make sure you have chat icons enabled as well as chat username outlines!
First, let's click that info button!
After that, you're going to want to look for the box that says "Show Ranks" and make sure it's check marked!
Finally, let's find the username outline, which will be titled "Font Outline" make sure that's check marked too!
After that click, the handy dandy save button and refresh your page! If this doesn't work attempt step 1 again. If after attempting step 1 it still isn't working please reach out to one of our lovely administrators and we will try and help further!
