Hello, and welcome to the Relations Team application! Applications are currently OPEN!.
Do you like to manage offsite accounts on social media and art galleries? Are you interested in helping Wolfhome branch out to other websites to bring in new members? If you have a knack for either of those, then you may be interested in joining the Relations Team.
The Relations Team's purpose is to engage users in Wolfhome's community outside of the community. They will manage our offsite media accounts, such as furaffinity and deviantart, giving valuable updates about the Wolfhome community and also uploading Wolfhome-related artwork to draw attention to the website. Our main goal is to increase the interest in Wolfhome and promote ourselves offsite to bring in some new faces. This is not an Administrative position; instead it is much like the Event Committee.
Please keep the following in mind when applying:
The Relations Team is for mature users 13 and older.
This is not an Administrative position.
Experience in managing social media and art gallery accounts is not required but preferred.
If you have applied and were rejected, you are allowed to submit another application one month after the date of the rejection notification. Your application will not be considered if it is early.
If you have applied before and either had to resign or back out before your acceptance for any reason, you may apply again.
Fill out the application as completely as you can with legitimate information. Lying on your application will lead to its rejection.

Relations Team Code of Conduct
Each member of the Relations Team is expected to review these guidelines and sign that they understand and agree to them. These guidelines may be changed in the future; if they are, you will be notified and expected to sign it again.
Professional Behavior
It is important that you maintain a semi-professional, respectable behavior when you are on Chatlands and our offsite profiles. Much like the Administration and Events Committee, you are a representative of Wolfhome and those who are not familiar with Wolfhome may base their decision to join on how their first interaction with the community and team was. It is especially important for the Relations Team to uphold a positive and kind attitude as you are the ones who will be responsible for a lot of first impressions for prospective offsite members.
You are expected to not ignore users when they come to you with ideas or questions, and you are expected to treat each and every user, no matter if they are being rude to you, with the same amount of respect as you would a close friend.
Rules violations of Chatlands, Wolfhome, and offsite communities are not tolerated in the slightest, especially if you are on an official Wolfhome account.
*** Drunken behavior or being under the influence of any other impairing substance while on chat is unacceptable for an Administrator and an Relations Team Member. What you do on your own time is your own choice, but please stay off the Chat if you are about to drink or use any substance that may impair your judgment. ***
Confidentiality
Everything that is said between members of the Team regarding the Team, everything that is posted in the Relation-Team boards, and other important information regarding Wolfhome or the Relations Team that you only have access to because you are apart of the Team is assumed to be private information and may not be given out to anyone outside of the Relations Team.
Inactivity
If, for any reason, you are going to be absent for more than 2 weeks, you must post in General Absences. You can even contact your Relations Team Leader to let them know. We also have the Absences Channel via Discord though it is still preferred that a post be made! Frequent absences with low activity could result in you being approached by a Relations Team Administrator to ask if you'd still like to be a part of the team.
Resigning
Regardless of whether you are resigning permanently or taking a brief break 30+ days. If you wish to return to the Relations Team after stepping down, please wait at least 30 days before asking to come back. It can be confusing to everyone for ranks to change so quickly, and we don't want the decision/request to be made lightly. While the Team is happy to take people back, we do not want to re-promote people who don't have the commitment to it anymore.
Username Changes
PLEASE contact an Alpha if you wish to change your username! Seeing a new or different name with group colors may be confusing to users and should be avoided and limited as much as possible.
Demotion
In some circumstances due to certain behavior, the Administration may have no choice but to remove someone from the Relations Team. When you sign and read the Code of Conduct, you are agreeing to abide by these rules. If you are found misbehaving on another chat, or on Wolfhome this will go against you as a warning. You will only be given 3 warnings before you are removed.
