A thread to document summaries of conversations from the Chatlands Town Hall discord server for those who missed out or have not joined the server.
These changes are NOT set in stone, they are just suggestions for the administration to discuss.

Subscription Overhaul:
- Basic tier removed; free tier allowed five pose slots and one room slot.
- What about pose sets that are restricted to basic+? Do we move them to higher tiers? (Think coyote set).
- put anything thats in basic now into the next tier and just have free exactly the same as it is today except with 5 pose slots and maybe one room
- Condense down to three tiers: free (5 poses for free), standard (50 poses) and ultimate (2000 or some other ridic number)
- Use deltas to purchase pose slots.
Advertising:
- Tiktok?
- 16+ age requirement limits audience.
- WH / CL not safe enough for minors / young adults.
- Massive security overhaul needed for this to work (how can we make WH safer?)
Art:
- Bring back artist market feature on chat.
Forums:
- Massive overhaul, condense forums down to look neater and make them easier to navigate.
- Attempt to update?
- Move to a new forum host (what would work best for WH?)
Events:
- WH advent calander, similar to AJ, gift every day (deltas, premades, special badges for ur sniff or something).
- Shutdown helpers work on events?
- EC needs to be revived.
- Find new ways to earn deltas.
Shutdown:
- Aiming for December start.
- Helper role repurposed: helpers can join to work on development / projects, then leave or stay once the site is reopened.
- Working with community where we can.
- WH Alphas given 'trusted Alpha' status again, community agreed on this outcome previously.
Community Service Teams:
- Merge EC and RT into one team, rename to "Community Service Department" (CSD) (or something along those lines LOL)
- Create new departments within, e.g. writers for social media posts, event coordinators, graphic designers, etc etc.
- Create NEW committee called the 'Art Department' (can be included in the CSD).
- Art Department creates art for prizes, new pose sets, all that stuff.
- Members of Art Department can also become ART Staff, do not need to be admins to check the reviewer, trained in by an ART member.
- Putting it under the umbrella name of CARE team... short for Community Acquisition (advertising for more users, ways to expand), Retention (solidifying existing community relations/Townhall?) , and Engagement (relating to events, keeping forums/Discord active, art stuff, etc.)? Then separate departments underneath that umbrella term like y'all were talking about.
