We have discussed this for a while and it was brought up yesterday, that the admin team should do an AMA(ask me anything)/interview style section where users can ask questions they have always wanted to. I just added some code for Ignore to Wolfhome. Be careful to use it because once you ignore someone you have to find the screen to unignore them...
To IGNORE someone, click on them in the chat. Select ignore and click when it asks if you are sure.

I am in the process of moving the Wolfhome website to a new server. This server is a Intel Core 2 Duo - 2.13 GHz with 4 GB RAM, which is a step up from the current single CPU 2 GB server.
This means that Wolfhome should be a bit faster and a bit more stable, but in order to do this I have to...

I hate missing messages, and I do it all the time. phpBB2 will use the auto-login and I will close my browser then come back and that sets all the messages to read . Which is crap.
So, I modified the code a wee bit. You can now click on your last login time in the upper left corner of the forum...

I just changed the command-line kick so that it does NOT require the number after the name like it used to and it does NOT have to match the upper/lower case for that user.
So, this new version of the command would work like this:
!kick 1 bAdgUY Kicking from room because he has a strange name...

Room owners now have the ability to add a password to their rooms.
In order to add a password, edit the room and find the Set Room Password entry on the right side of the page. If you enter a password in the text box, people entering the room will have to provide that password (CaSe sEnsITive!)...

I have just taken the final step on switching over from the old server.
We are now BACK to using www.wolfhome.com instead of www2.wolfhome.com .
There will be some gotchas as some folks will no doubt now have cookies or cached files from the time we were using the www2 domain name.

For those of you with free accounts, and have ads, some of you can't get to the x on the blue popup for howls and such, as it hides behind the ad. You don't need to click the x to get them to disappear. All you have to do is click on the blue box and it will go...

We've been seeing a few of these, and I wanted to point it out to everyone.
If a user thinks they are banned, don't try logging into their account from your computer to check. This will get your computer banned as well until that person's ban is over. If you think you are banned, don't ask someone...

The Art Staff and Administration is doing a PHENOMENAL job so far. My poses are being accepted/rejected(xD) within minutes, and I know for a fact behind the scenes the Art Staff is working their arses off... I just have to say THANK YOU for doing such a wonderful job, what with over 100 users...

Underdog has done what he can to fix what has happened to the sniffs. Most everything has been recovered from his most recent backup files. Anything added to you sniffs after 10-11-2007 will no longer be there.
We are really sorry about this.
You should be able to edit and fix them up again now...

Another thing I have noticed is if I have an away message up, and then I enter a message, the away message will disappear. I think that it would be useful to have the away message able to remain up because some people write Semi and reply occasionally but still want the away message up.
