Every Christmas/Halloween I host an event, does that mean that someone has to take that job away from me?
I think I do it pretty darn good, and everyone always has fun.

It is only encouraged to be at least 13 years or older, you still can apply.
And seeing as you have a good experience in such community events is a great bonus. n3n

I think I speak for a lot of admins when I say I wouldn't feel very comfortable with 13 year old users accessing staff boards. Its not that we are inappropriate or can't trust them, that just seems like too much on em. I'm not sure what kind of staff boards you mean, but some information can get into other sections.. idk. This is a way to get users more involved which we've been told we should try. We've gotta start somewhere :3

I think we have more than enough experience with bashing, negativity and slander.

Now I think it's time to lock this. We do not have a single member on this team, and yet people are already saying it is being run incorrectly. This is going in circles. If in a couple of months when the team is up and running, it annoys people for some reason, please do make a thread or send an admin a PM discussing how it can be improved or why you think it is not working properly. However for now it's best if we just try it out and see how it goes, many are excited about this team, it's an idea we have taken from suggestions from users after all.
