I also wanted to notate here what exactly "Monthly Check-ins" (previously 90 check-ins) are. It is a way to better keep up activity and hold our Staff to their duties & responsibilities. You may read more about that below within the spoiler. Please also note that we are currently working on these duties, so some of these will change. Those edits will be posted once we are happy with them

The Alphas will now be doing Check-Ins once a month to see where you are at within your comfortability in your Rank as well as your Department responsibilities. Your overall performance within one month will be taken into account and based on that performance you will be given feedback. Breaks will not be accounted for, though if we notice you taking an excessive amount, we will take note to talk to you about during your Check-In.




Basic Staff Responsibilities
* These are the base requirements you should be performing as a Staff member aside from Rank & Department responsibilities
➔ Being on duty on Wolfhome for at least 15 hours per month
➔ Logging into the Chat and Forum twice a week and commenting on topics that need opinions
When giving OPS, you should always be looking over that topic in detail as well as giving in-depth feedback. Repeated short responses are not acceptable.
➔ A contribution to each Department you are a part of twice a week
➔ Posting at least one Warnings & Ban per month OR Posting at least five opinions in the Warnings & Bans section and upping at least five bans per month
➔ Checking Discord and the forums periodically & sharing your thoughts
Discord is nice for quick responses but your main priority should be checking the forum for new topics/posts. You should not be relying on Discord notifications in order to check the Forum.
➔ Should be watching the forums and taking part in discussions of guidelines, W&B topics, rule changes, and more

Beta
- Interviewing and training our Apprentices
- Actively looking for ban-hoppers from bans that are six months or less old
- Providing an IP workup to a Gamma's writeup
- Helping new Gammas settle in & following along with their progress, providing help if they need it
- Watching the chat and forum actively
- Attending scheduled meetings if your routine or day allows it
- Upping and lowering bans when needed
- Kicking idle or dead users from the chat
- Should document all warnings and bans and other relevant information
- Should be available for handling situations on chat as well as answering user's questions
- Should be watching the forums to offer opinions on user's bans, Problem Tickets, or other questions asked by Administrators
- Send NGs when needed
- Check for alternate accounts and for ban hoppers
- Must accompany online Apprentices and inform them when going off-duty or offline if no other Administrator is present on chat
- All Betas are capable of becoming Forum Administrators (after being a Forum Moderator for a significant period of time)

Gamma
- Watching the chat and forum actively
- Attending scheduled meetings if your routine or day allows it
- Upping and lowering bans when needed
- Kicking idle or dead users from the chat
- Should document all warnings and bans and other relevant information
- Should be available for handling situations on chat as well as answering user's questions
- Should be watching the forums to offer opinions on user's bans, Problem Tickets, or other questions asked by Administrators
- Send NGs when needed
- Check for alternate accounts and for ban hoppers
- Must accompany online Apprentices and inform them when going off-duty or offline if no other Administrator is present on chat
- All Gammas are able to join the Forum Department or ART (who have been on the team longer than one month)

Department responsibilities

Forum Moderator
- Watching the forum actively for misplaced topics, broken rules, etc
- Able to lock, merge, copy, edit (when necessary), and split forum topics/post
- Able to add poses and other artwork to the Freebie Emporium
- Should be available for answering user's questions about Forum Guidelines
- Should be watching the forums and taking part in discussions of guidelines and other Forum-related cases
- Sending Forum NGs
- Send reminders and warnings to users when appropriate
- Ban users when necessary and complete a forum offense write up in the Forum Warnings & Bans section
- All Beta Forum Mods are capable of becoming Forum Administrators (after being a Forum Moderator for a significant period of time)

Forum Administrator
- Processing newly registered forum accounts (approving, rejecting or banning forum accounts)
- Have an extensive knowledge of IP addresses and the Beta tools
- Watching the forum actively for misplaced topics, broken rules, etc
- Able to lock, merge, copy, edit (when necessary), and split forum topics/post
- Able to add poses and other artwork to the Freebie Emporium
- Should be available for answering user's questions about Forum Guidelines
- Should be watching the forums and taking part in discussions of guidelines and other Forum-related cases
- Sending Forum NGs

ART
- Sending ART NGs
- Checking the Pose & Room Reviewer
- Verifying pose permissions
- Reporting and handling Art Theft accordingly
- Should be available for answering user's questions about ART Guidelines, uploaded poses/rooms, etc
- Should be watching the forums and taking part in discussions of guidelines and other ART-related cases

Check-In Guidelines for Alphas

The Alphas will review performance throughout the one month period and at the end of that month, we will go down the above list(s) that pertain to you. We want everyone to be active and keeping up with their responsibilities. This is a way for us to keep in touch with how you are doing; Are you going above and beyond what is required? Is Burn-out a concern? Are you still learning but comfortable where you are at? Are you having a hard time keeping up with your requirements? We want to know! It is another way for us to see who is pulling their weight & who needs help.

There should be honest conversation taken place with the Alpha and Staff member before reviewing any of the lists mentioned above.
