Releasing Old Underage Bans

Hey everyone!

We wanted to make this announcement to keep you all in the loop with more projects we've been working on behind the scenes. As of today, we've started going back through old threads specifically in regards to old underage users/COPPA violations (Permanent Bans & Chatlands Bans) that are no longer of concern & releasing them accordingly. Various amounts of these bans are over a decade old, and we're wanting to give those members a chance to return as they would be of age now. It's no secret that filing a Problem Ticket back in the day was confusing & most weren't aware of how to go about doing them. This way a message is sent to their respective email(s) notifying them of their releases & welcoming them back to Wolfhome & Chatlands!

Please Note: This is currently for old Underage Permanent Bans & Underage COPPA Violations, & if said user(s) had additional offences resulting in a Permanent or Chatlands Ban, their bans will remain unless an appeal is submitted on their behalf.
